BotLive is operated by PT NEXA SENTRA PRAWIJAYA, By creating an account or using BotLive at botlive.chat, you agree to these terms.
BotLive provides a live-chat widget, an agent dashboard, automations, and optional channel connections such as Facebook Messenger. Features may change. The service is provided “as is”.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. One account represents your organization. You are responsible for all activity on the account, including agents you invite.
You may install the BotLive script on websites you own or manage, and you may connect a Facebook Page you are authorized to administer. You must comply with the laws and platform rules that apply to those properties (privacy, cookies, content, transactions, Meta policies). BotLive is not the operator of your website or Facebook Page.
BotLive is software infrastructure. We cannot continuously supervise every tenant. You are solely responsible for:
If a tenant uses BotLive on a site or Page in a way that is unlawful in a given jurisdiction, that use is outside BotLive’s control and, to the extent permitted by law, outside BotLive’s responsibility. We may suspend an account after a valid legal notice or if there is a security or platform-policy risk.
Messages, files, and forms received through the widget or Messenger are stored for your brand so your agents can follow up. You own that content and are responsible for it.
Automatic replies can be wrong. Decisions about money, accounts, or identity must still be reviewed by a human. Do not treat AI output as legal advice or a guaranteed result.
If you connect a Facebook Page, you authorize BotLive to receive Page messages and send replies on that Page’s behalf. You must comply with Meta’s terms. You may disconnect the Page at any time. BotLive does not control Facebook availability, Page bans, or permission reviews.
We may suspend an account for abuse or security risk.
The BotLive name, dashboard, and code belong to us. Your conversation data and brand content remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to run the service.
Paid plans are billed as shown on the pricing page. Failed payment may turn off paid features.
We aim to keep the service online but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network issues, or third parties (including Meta and hosting) may cause downtime.
To the extent allowed by law, BotLive is not liable for indirect loss, loss of client-side data, or lost business, including loss arising from a tenant’s own website, Page, or customer dealings. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months (or zero on a free plan).
You may stop using the service at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. After closure, dashboard access ends and data may be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes should first be addressed by discussion.
We may update this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
